Jess creates work for theatres, music venues and outdoor settings with casts of professional performers, community participants and vocational students. She works collaboratively with musicians to create original performance work.

She is Artistic Director of SoundMoves which has been supported by Arts Council England. She is Lead Artist on outdoor arts performance project Sound Catchers which has received funding for Research and Development projects by Arts Council England, Deda Offsite and QuestLab Network at Studio Wayne McGregor with whom she is an associate artist.

Jess has also created original performance work for Tap Rhythm Project in collaboration with the Joe Egan Trio.
